DAI works with its partners to identify project opportunities, undertake initial viability analysis, early stage civil and design, technology recommendation and selection, power purchase agreement (PPA) negotiation, regulatory framework scoping, permitting requirements and initial financial analysis.
Project Planning
Completion of due diligence, execution of land/lease agreements, site layout, connection design, confirmation of PPA terms and conditions.
Project Development
Finalize financial models, complete the regulator requirements, PPA completed and signed, all permits in place, land acquired, layout and design completed, and financing negotiations completed. DAI has also designed and developed certified training programs, in conjunction with Canadian colleges, to support the long-term sustainability of projects.
Project Execution
Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams in place, Operation and Maintenance (O&M) teams in place, financing agreement executed, project receives notice to proceed. Once under construction, the facility will undertake testing and benchmark analysis as per the terms of the negotiated agreements.
